Pillow has stops so it should hold up to heavy use for a while; hydraulics is smooth and the handle is easy to find; the pillow has air vents just so they don't do that annoying "spshhh" sound when you sit-great if you're up and down during a massage. very easily assembled and appears well done. very pleased.
